Guide to Sustainable Nutrition

After working on sustainable nutrition, some students from Padua prepared a “Sustainable Brunch”, which was offered to the students and teachers of the partner schools during the Comenius SUS-EMAS project meeting.

To explain their menu, they wrote a short Guide to Sustainable Nutrition: local and sesaon products, organic farming, tap water, fair trade products...
